What does it mean to encourage leaders to reframe their responses to challenging situations through an appreciative window rather than a power loaded reactional one?
Wednesday 12th November 19.30 (GMT)
Tony Nolan will start our conversation from his experience in this area at the next Appreciative Space.
As a practitioner he synthesises Appreciative Inquiry into his supervision work with leaders and in training when it feels appropriate.
Tony’s background includes:
- Senior accredited supervisor with APSE – The Association for Pastoral Supervision and Education
- Founding member of IPSRP – Institute of Pastoral Supervision & Reflective Practice
- Member of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart (MSC), a religious order within the Roman Catholic tradition.
- Freelance adult formation consultant
Currently held on the second Wednesday of each month at 19.30 to 20.30 (GMT), Appreciative Space encourages appreciative inquiry practitioners to share stories of their work with churches and other organisations as part of a self-sustaining community of practice.
The zoom link for each session is available through the members area of the Appreciating Church website. New members are welcome to register for an annual fee of £30: https://appreciating.church/register/
Email enquiries@appreciating.church if you would like to try a session before committing to membership.
