Let’s Start at the Very Beginning…

Let’s Start at the Very Beginning…

Warren Hartley’s choice of an image for July’s Appreciative Space was inspired by thinking about starting with Appreciative Inquiry in a new, largely undefined project in his role as Parish Sustainability Lead for an Anglican diocese in England.

He found himself searching for tools to use with parishes who didn’t know where to start. He will reflect on how he’s learning alongside each parish as they walk their road together.  He will share a little about his exposure to Appreciative Inquiry in the past, the current work project, and then the process (to date) with the two parishes underway and two more soon to start.

Currently held on the second Wednesday of each month at 11.00-12.00 BST, Appreciative Space encourages Appreciative Inquiry practitioners to share stories of their work with churches and other organisations as part of a self-sustaining community of practice.

The zoom link for each session is available through the members area of the Appreciating Church website. New members are welcome to register for an annual subscription of £30.

Email enquiries@appreciating.church if you would like to try a session before committing to membership.

Subscribing to the Appreciating Church newsletter is the easiest way to keep up to date with new events and future training dates.
