Looking ahead to 2027: Anniversary Planning Thursday 10th September 16.00 BST

2027 will see the 10th anniversary of the publication of the book Appreciating Church. How to celebrate this?

It’s a good time to take stock through conversations, memories, reflections, and a few dreams. So whether you were in at the start or have joined the band of travellers more recently, you are invited to take part in shaping how we mark the anniversary, through a Zoom gathering at 4pm BST on Thursday 10th September.

Questions for a 10th Anniversary: What kind of event or events? When? Where if not/as well as online? Who to invite to speak? Come and share your ideas so that the community of practice designs an event or events worth attending, to truly reflect the transformative power of Appreciative Inquiry.

Held monthly on various days and times, An Appreciative Space encourages appreciative inquiry practitioners to share stories of their work with churches and other organisations as part of a self-sustaining community of practice.

The zoom link for each session is available through the members area of the Appreciating Church website. New members are welcome to register for an annual fee of £30: https://appreciating.church/register/

Email enquiries@appreciating.church if you would like to join a session before committing to membership.
