If you were to recommend one book to other Appreciative Inquiry practitioners, what would it be?

Some folk prefer films and others are hot on using music in their Appreciative Inquiry work. Behind this for most of us there will be books we have read which have switched on a light bulb, introduced us to Appreciative Inquiry, or helped to bridge between theory and practice in our main area of work.  Come along prepared to explain why your chosen book is a good read.
